Perfectly situated in the Itchen Valley between the Georgian market town of Alresford and the Cathedral City of Winchester providing easy access to great shopping and historic venues with the benefit of being in a picturesque village. This lovely eighteenth century cottage has stunning walks right from the front door and a local riverside pub, the Bush Inn just a stone's throw away.
We are one min walk to the Bush Inn and the wold famous River Itchen
We live in a very nice place with in the South Down Natural Park. Less than a 5 minute drive away (or a short cycle ride) you will find the beautiful small town of Alresford with its array of pubs, independent shops, coffee shops, small supermarkets and more. Alresford was selected as the No 1 best place to live in the countryside by the Sunday Times and voted Country Life's 'favourite market town in the south-east.
